In the Solidarity in Solitude Online Yoga Retreat you'll receive:
Weekly 90 minute Slow Yoga class to restore balance (combination of yin/breath/meditation) - (Mondays 8-9:30pm, live and/or prerecorded)
Weekly 60 minute Sunday Sessions; workshop, study, practice, debrief and reflection with facilitated small group discussions – (Sundays 8-9am)
Invitation to attend Special Guest Classes (tbc, aiming for 1 per week)
Guided practice inspiration regularly, including Meditations, Pranayama (Breathing) Practices, Pose Deconstructions, Yogic Philosophy, Conscious Living Inspiration and more
A private Facebook group environment to connect 24/7 throughout the retreat
Yoga + Wine to end the retreat
This experience is best participated in live, but we all lead different schedules so choose to join live or savour the recordings in your own time.
