90 minute Slow Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra relaxation class to restore balance. This class combines exploration of breath work, yin-style long deep stretches of the body and a long nourishing yoga nidra relaxation for you to connect with your sense of inner peace and quiet.

I'm so proud of you for deciding to carve out a regular practice and feel a sense of responsibility to help you succeed, which is why joining the program is only available in term blocks. Allow yourself to deeply commit to a regular practice. If you miss a live class, the recording will be there for you to use 'on-demand' at your convenience. I'm here to give you permission to make your practice a priority, to nurture yourself first so that love can flow out of you and into the world, touching the people around you. This self-respect is a profound lesson for each and every one of us, and a precious and profound gift for our children to learn from us.

FINANCIAL HARDSHIP
This is a volatile and uncertain time for so many people. I have friends who have put their property up for sale, others who are facing unemployment for he foreseeable future and don't know how they are going to put food on the table to feed their kids.
