This is sleep education, not sleep training. It’s a different approach. it is a very gentle, respectful approach that families really appreciate. Using evidence based research, we have created a program that sets parents up for the best start possible.
Parents are more prepared when they know what normal healthy sleep behaviour is and what to expect. Knowledge builds confidence; something we could all do with more of when soothing a new baby through the long dark lonely nights.
Not only do we get parents on the same page as far as infant sleep knowledge, but you will also learn about schedules, calming techniques and ‘normal’ sleep patterns for a baby. We want to set the stage for good sleep habits so that your baby can grow up knowing that bedtime is a safe and peaceful time.
