If you DON’T want sleep training, I can help you make sustainable loving changes that work.

I believe in sleep education, not sleep training and I use an approached more aligned with the way I support families during birth. We uncover your needs and figure out how to enact changes. I will be right there by your side whilst you make real change.

Call it ‘sleep doula support’ or ‘sleep education’ or just plain old help. It’s a gentle, respectful personalised approach to sleep that families really appreciate.

Sleep is wonderful! Let’s teach our precious little ones that bedtime is a safe and peaceful time, and all get more of it.

Sleep doula support is a personalised approach to managing change influencing sleep behaviours in children.

It is suitable for families with children of all ages, especially in those 0-5 early years.

Bespoke holistic consultations are the gold-standard. Together we investigate the environment surrounding and influencing the sleep of the whole family and focus in on the areas you most wish to change. YOU decide what you want, and how you want to get there. I make suggestions, illuminating various strategies but YOU choose what’s right for your family. Then I’m right there with you whilst you implement those changes to get the sleep you want. This is not a quick fix. There is not a standardised formula. This is 100% family-led care.

For existing clients, this mini session focuses on optimising their sleep strategy to keep it relevant as the child grows and needs change. For new clients, this session can begin to investigate the environment surrounding and influencing sleep and identify ONE area you most wish to change.
