Massage improves wellbeing & comfort in pregnancy, relieves pain during childbirth and is effective for improved postnatal recovery. Research shows that women receiving massage in pregnancy report reduced anxiety, improved mood, better sleep and less back pain. They have fewer complications during labor and their infants had fewer postnatal complications.

Struggling with lack of sleep is the reality of having a little person with lots of growing up to do. The best way to get a good night’s sleep? Have a trusted source of good information and get their help when you need it.If you DON’T want sleep training, I can be that person for you. I call it ‘sleep doula support’ and am proud to offer a gentle, respectful, personalised approach that families really appreciate.

We're not your average playgroup. If you parent consciously you will find a space to connect through play with a like-minded community, yourself and your little ones. Come and be nurtured and supported in this parenting journey in a yoga-inspired way. The yoga we create is communal, interactive and fun, every week we share a home-cooked meal, combine asana, pranayama & meditation in a fun and engaging way, discuss sacred mothering topics in circle and real friendships are forged.
