Yoga is a multifaceted approach that encourages strength and stability of both the body and the mind through movement, breath awareness, mental focusing, meditation and relaxation.
After a thorough assessment, I will create private yoga classes tailored to support the changing needs of your mind & body to help you stay strong, safe, connected, calm and reaching your goals.
The two most common choices for practice with a mentor are:
the development of a private practice so that you can practice autonomously; or
private guided classes
As a doula, massage therapist, mother and yoga teacher I understand the changing needs of a women’s body through her perinatal journey and offer you continuity of care throughout this great period of change.
