Learn to Understand Your Baby Through Touch, Connection, and Communication
Slow down, tune in, and discover how touch can become another way of communicating with your baby.
This five-week infant massage course is designed to help you build confidence, strengthen connection, and better understand your baby's unique cues and communication.
Your baby is communicating with you from the moment they are born.
Through their body language, facial expressions, movements, sounds, and cries, they are constantly telling you what they need. Learning to recognise and respond to those cues is one of the most powerful skills a parent can develop.
Learning to massage your baby is about far more than learning massage strokes. It is an opportunity to spend dedicated time with your baby, build confidence in your parenting, and deepen your understanding of one another.
Nurturing your baby starts with connection.

Your Questions, Answered
What age is best to start?
1
The course is suitable from birth until your baby is crawling. Many families begin in the early weeks, while others join when their baby is a little older and more alert. The best time to start is simply when it feels right for you.
What if my baby cries or sleeps through the class?
2
That's completely normal. Babies are welcome exactly as they are.
This is a baby-led course, which means we follow your baby's cues rather than expecting them to participate on a schedule. Feeding, cuddling, settling, nappy changes, sleeping, and crying are all part of life with a baby and are warmly welcomed.
Dolls are available if your baby chooses to sleep through the massage demonstration or would rather observe than participate.
Can I attend while pregnant?
3
Absolutely. Many expectant parents attend during pregnancy to learn the techniques and begin building confidence before their baby arrives. A doll can be used during class and you'll receive all course materials to use once your baby is born.
Do I need to bring anything?
4
Please bring a bed pillow and a muslin wrap or towel for your baby to lay on.
Also consider bringing a water bottle, wearing comfy clothes and anything else that helps you and your baby feel comfortable.
Massage oil, course notes, and other resources are provided.
“An opportunity for parents to bond with their new baby and foster strong attachments. ”
“I’ve felt so much more capable of understanding and communicating with my daughter since doing this course!”
