These classes are taught by an experienced birth doula, with practical birth preparation woven naturally into every session. Alongside building strength, mobility and body awareness, you'll learn breathing techniques, relaxation strategies and practical skills to carry with you into labour, birth and motherhood.

Purposeful movement to build strength, improve mobility, ease common pregnancy discomforts and help you feel more comfortable in your changing body.

Each class includes practical birth preparation woven naturally into the session, including breathing, relaxation, comfort techniques to help you prepare with confidence.

Time to slow down, reconnect with your body and your baby, and leave feeling calmer than when you arrived.

One of the greatest gifts of prenatal yoga is the women you'll meet. Pregnancy can feel isolating, but it doesn't have to. Share the journey with other local women who are preparing for birth at the same time as you.
